Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Costa shameless! Very dirty place! No pride in the job, no care of the place given in the costady... Hazard to clients!! After I spoke with one on the staff, rubbish was moved from one corner of the counter to another.... I am not sure if the training provided by the company is not adequate or lacks managerial skills or just lacks common sense... I was so disappointed with the place!!! There is so much competition in the area, and I love Costa coffee, but 4 people on the shift ( I saw them: walking, serving ,replacing stock,even offering to carry trays to the tables) could in 5 min get stuck high tays out of the tables ... No notice of self-cleaning - asking customers to put trays on the ruck after finishing having drinks .... if inspector ever arrives to this establishment ... bey...

I visited this Costa with my mum last week and I have to say although it is basic Costa with regards to what you could order I have to say the seating is quite cramped I went in there with a pushchair and bearing in mind I have Bugaboo Bee which is a very small pushchair as it is I felt like when I was queuing I was in the way especially when you have to stand at the end and wait for your drink with it being a Costa coffee with tables I very much expected to go and find my seat then my drinks 2 be brought to me not because I'm lazy or I think I deserve this level of service I just think this would make much more sense even if they only offered this to certain people for example those in wheelchairs or those with pushchairs this would avoid that cluster of people gathering at the end...

I’ve been coming to this Costa Coffee for the past three to four months, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience every time. The staff are incredibly friendly, always welcoming with a smile, and the service is consistently excellent. The quality of the drinks and food is top-notch, and the whole place is spotless clean, tidy, and really comfortable. It's clear they take pride in what they do.
