Pret A Manger — Restaurant in London

Me and my family all got the subscription for pret as we have never been before and the first ever time we went the staff was sooo rude, so we tried it a few more times and everytime they were rude.. even down to having a go at my disabled mum because there scanner was malfunctioning and kept making a noise as though it was scanning something so they took it out on her. There seating area is very cramped and dirty. I understand why the coffee is so cheap because they hire staff with cheap attitude and clearly hate there job. Me & my family will be cancelling our subscription and will be sticking to Starbucks and costa where the staff treat there customers with respect as I would rather pay more for coffee than get look down upon. This is such a disgusting pret branch. Normally I am happy with pret but here i was so disappointed in my last visits.

I went to the cashier made my order. I waited lore than 10 minutes each time ( i had four visits). The cashier was talking with her co worker and completely forgott my order. I gave it up after my last visit and thought I do nit have energy to waste on this case. So I left and went over to the oposite site to costa coffee and received my order from there.

Worst experience of my life yet.

I like eating at Pret a Manger because the good is always freshly prepared and tastes good. They have a variety of vegetarian and vegan options so that both my partner and I can select foods we know we will enjoy eating. When it first opened they had tables and chairs crowded into one section and see of high tables with stools in another section. Thankfully the management realised quite quickly that this would not work and the stools have been removed to be replaced by normal tables and chairs. Now, we can actually find a place to sit every time we visit. High marks for cleanliness, for the good, and for the staff...
