Qfc — Restaurant in London

The food was HORRENDOUS for one, i ordered over the phone specifically requesting certain food and i made it abundantly clear to the man over the phone that i had allergies so i could not eat anything other than what i had requested, yet the food that i received was completely incorrect. the shop was FILTHY to put it lightly. the man working the counter didn’t even have on a face mask whilst he was preparing and serving food, i don’t even need to mention the fact that WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC. I called him to solve the dispute and the professionalism shown was non existent, he repeatedly hung up on me whilst i tried to reach a solution. i am disgusted by the costumer service displayed by the workers at QFC. i will NEVER ever eat there again, i gave them the benefit of the doubt but now i’m not surprised that they were shut down for horrible hygeine. do...

Ordered wings meal that is 6.99 yesterday the 5th of May, was surprised to see I was charged 16.99 looking at my account, I have reported this to my bank, I have to wait till Tuesday to get more details, this is a warning for anyone paying by card in qfc, don't just trust them and put your card on their machine without seeing the amount, this is clearly fraud. Chicken wings was not great, chips fried in old dark oil, and soggy, staffs looking miserable as miserable can be, overall experience was terrible, never to repeat again, I will say avoid like the plague, but if you have to go there, then do get a receipt and check your bill and account, don't say you weren't warned if it happened...

I always order the same order all the time but god knows how today the shop guy messed it up. I asked for 2 meal deals (2 9inch pizzas) one with only two toppings sweetcorn and green peppers and the other non veg pizza. The guy the chicken pizza right but for the veg pizza he added chicken instead of the green peppers. When I called him he wasn’t ready to admit the mistake knowing that I always order the same pizza all the time. He gave me 2 portion's of garlic bread when it was said for one meal deal.
