I can assure you, that Floor is not cleaned regular through out the day , other wise there would not be any good inberried stuck to the floor under the tables. This was food waste that's been there most of the day ,just by looking at it . The rain is irrelevant, that's no excuse, for food all over the floor, I did not mention rain, foot prints, i am talking basic hygiene. If that's what you do , sweep the crumbs to the floor, then you also doing the same habbit in the kitchen which is why rats visits, ( there is a rat not too far away from you ) Then in this case the food standard agency needs their eyes tested, to rate a 5*

However many franchise there's is, as you stated, what has that got to do with cleanlines??? Nothing really. I didn't recal you washing your hands after touching the rubbish?? Back chatting and disagreeing with a constructive critersism is not what I know as good customer...

Came to rate the place but I can see it’s already flooded with negative reviews😅 I have been their regular customer on Just Eat, grilled Peri Peri chicken is my usual order. So far my experience with them was decent until today. My items were 1/2 Peri Peri chicken meal with a chicken fillet burger on the side. When the food came, I found the chicken was cold inside, fries was warm and the burger was dry, the fillet inside was cold and felt like rubber! Usually they used to take 25-30 minutes to make the food but today I was notified that my food is out for delivery after just 7 minutes of placing the order! That’s of course too quick to make it ready for delivery. So, my items were actually made prior to my order, it was just microwaved or reheated and sent to me when I ordered🙂 Doing such stuff with a regular customer is absolutely absurd. I had this yesterday ( Full platter 2 whole chickens wings and strips and chips) and it was utterly horrid , the chicken was soaked in disgusting thick sauce and I been on the toilet all morning.

The chicken smelt stale however it was hard to tell because it was pasted in thick horrible tasting peppery sauce ...I also got one whole chicken lemon and herb , this was paste in what I would say as stale curry sauce with a taste of lemon ...totally unacceptable and disgusting food.

I will never order from here again ...Pepes in Wood green much...
