Before I put the main reason for the 1 ⭐️ I would like to say that the Food from this Restaurant has always been Superb & reasonably priced. The reason I am complaining is that I ordered from this Restaurant via Uber Eats on the weekend. I ordered around 21:00 ready for when my Son came home from a long day at work. Literally 2 mins before it was due my order got Cancelled 😡 I rang the Restaurant for an explanation but they never answered. By this time it was late & not many places were open so my Son was without a Dinner he had been craving all day & instead had to do with a quick rustle up from home. Absolutely disgraceful customer service !!!! I ordered via just eat , they accepted my order and I paid for my order. I waited 45 min for my order. I then decided to call them to find out what was going on. The staff i spoke to wasn't helpful at all as she kept on saying that they don't accept orders under £20 despite the order going through and being paid. I then asked to speak to the manager. I have been visiting this establishment for several months and have noticed the food is never quite the same even though the chef remains the same, the plates, forks and the cups are dirty and have residue someone needs to wash up or invest into a dish washer. Every restaurant plays music which I enjoy but your popped/blown tv speakers give me a migraine god knows how the other customers will cope, please sort the toilets out so dirty for a restaurant can you guys not employ a cleaner it would boost your restaurant and your hygiene rating.
