Saigon City - Vietnamese Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in London

Spotted this new restaurant in our neighborhood some time ago and decided to give it a try on Valentine's day. We were the first guests this evening and the place filled up quite quickly. We did like the decor and the exposed brick walls and noticed that many Asian people were among the guests - a good sign. Very pleased that we were not handed a 'special' Valentine's day menu.Placed our orders and after not too long the first dishes were served. Wooooow! We were blown away by the flavours, so fresh and intense! We've been to numerous Vietnamese restaurants across several countries including Vietnam but this one is hands down the best one we've experienced. Even though we live in the area we were really surprised to find a restaurant of that quality in Charlton. Charlton or Woolwich are not exactly the go-to places for experiencing extraordinary...
