B&M Store — Local services in London

Horrible, grouchy, tanned woman with curly hair working on a Sunday. I had to get grab something quickly whilst I was cashing up. I let the cashier know, whilst she sighed and tutted as if she was waiting in the queue? After telling her this she immediately cashed all my items through without waiting for my last item. Due to this woman being IMPATIENT, I had to get my items on two transactions which was so unnecessary. Rubbish attitude. I didn’t appreciate her passive aggression. Why work in customer service if you hate your job so much? Is it because you’re unqualified to do anything else? Store is great and prices really good. However we went to Food-warehouse for a couple of things then Queued for 20 mins to get into B&M bought lots of items, had what we thought was a good shop only to find we now have a £100 parking fine. BEWARE you are amazingly only allowed 75 mins to park, go over by a few mins and you get a fine. Hundreds have been caught out by this. Don’t try to shop at more than one outlet per visit. You don’t have time to look for furniture, carpeting and electrical goods if you are renovating your house, it will cost you £100 just to look. BEWARE ! Most disappointing and diabolical shopping experience to date. Started off with one long queue which took us over half an hour to get out of the shop with one till open to begin with and ended up with three tills and then many small accuse and nobody had announced that they had leading to very angry customers and very rude staff and security guard swearing at a customer who was trying to explain it to the manager on the till.
