Slim Chickens — Restaurant in London

Visited with Slim Chickens promo of a free milkshake for downloading their app. Unfortunately the server who first directed me to a different till where I had to wait for the young man to make coffees and then acknowledge me to then direct me back to the Slim chickens till said their QR reader has never worked so she can't process it. It is also very bad form that Slim Chickens changed their promo for the free milkshake to only getting it with a £3.50 spend half way through...

Slim Chickens in general is great, but the one in this store is rubbish.

Staff can't be bothered and that place is a mess (our server ignored us whilst having a conversation with her friend sitting down behind us, saying how she wanted to finish and go home). Food isn't the same quality as other stores.

Was great when it started, but they've gradually made it really unwelcoming. Self service kiosks have been abandoned. Menu has shrunk to just tenders. They start blocking off the seating area mid afternoon, because god forbid someone come in and eat 2 hours before they close. Regularly unclean, lucky if you even get a straw.
