They SPIT and take BITES out of your food. I used to always go here since it was cheap. A loyal customer. Until I realised I had been waiting more than enough time for my food. When I noticed it I told them many times "hey how long left" or "im in a hurry can you please tell me how long left?" The worker would say 5more min every time until it hit 15-30min just for a single burger. Nothing much. When I stood there watching I found out they were letting people go in front of me and doing their orders instead of mine. I told him "hey I've been waiting for ages and I ordered way before them. They just came and ordered now" He was letting all of his friends go in front of me. By friends I mean people of the same south asian ethnicity. They were talking the same language with each other. Pushing me to last and I was furious. I shouted at him since I had told him previously 3 times about my order taking too long and the 4th time was just taking the piss. Other staff/manager came and I told them about what was happening. Then they "wanted to fix it" I could see the staff ,that eventually only then just started to make my burger which took 3min finally, spitting on my burger patty and he took a bite out of my bread. Absolute FILTHY, DISGUSTING STAFF who have no dignity or morals. DO NOT go here if you want hygienic food on time. They are animals. Google DO NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW AS IT IS REAL AND ALL PROOF IS ON THEIR CCTV CAMERAS. The Public must know this appalling truth...

the chicken wings has awful, disgusting seasoning, isnt fresh (its just left in the warm glass box thing) and isnt crispy. the pizza sauce is way too salty, you get a tub of mayo instead of garlic and herb sauce, the crust is sometimes burned while some toppings like peppers arent even fully cooked yet. the portion size of fries is like a child's portion. the only good thing from here is the beef burgers. the pizza is mediocre. dont get the chicken. the shop was almost empty but i still had to wait ages for my meal. and when i get a pizza, i get told 15-20 mins but i wait like 30-40mins most of the time. alot of the time its just one guy working there so i think they need to get more staff, make a better seasoning mix for the chicken, less salt in pizza sauce, give garlic and herb sauce with pizza instead of just mayo, cook the pizza at a lower temp for abit longer so it doesnt burn and everything cooks evenly, increase the size of fries portion and when someone orders a pizza, dont wait 15 mins before you even...

Saw the place today and as it was soo close to home so thought il give it a try, it’s brand new opened and ordered mix of fried chicken and peri peri chicken, they were not too busy when I ordered.

Came home and found 1 chips was missing and 3 wings were missing as part of a meal and I just couldn’t be bothered to go back in the rain again so bit disappointed with that.

The peri peri wings were good and the fried chicken pieces was good but the fried wings were terrible as there was hardly any meat there and the taste was horrible so had to throw it, also the chips that come with the meal were soo small that it can hardly fill a 2 year olds belly.

So overall disappointed from missing items to mixed to some not so good food.

I understand they are very new so I might give them another chance after few weeks or reading more reviews if there’s any improvement so in the mean time il just have to get similar food from my usual place which is further down...
