5 Stars – Best Pizza in Twickenham – and Adam is a Gem!

Absolutely blown away by Italian Pizza & Grill! From the moment you walk through the door, the place feels warm, welcoming, and full of mouthwatering aromas. The star of the show? The pizza — hand-tossed, beautifully fresh dough, and topped with rich, vibrant ingredients that burst with flavour. You can really taste the quality in every bite — crispy yet fluffy base, perfectly balanced tomato sauce, and cheese that melts like a dream.

We ordered a few different pizzas, including the margherita and spicy pepperoni — each one came out piping hot, fresh out of the oven, and presented with care. The vegan options are just as delicious — my partner loved their vegan veggie pizza, which is often hard to get right, but they nailed it here.

Special mention must go to Adam, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and just a joy to chat with. He made us feel like valued guests, not just customers — offering great recommendations and sharing stories about the ingredients and preparation. His passion for good food and genuine hospitality really elevate the whole experience.

The prices are very fair (especially for the quality) — around £10–£20 per person, and totally worth it. Plus, it’s great to see they cater for kids and offer halal and vegan options, making it a perfect spot for families or groups with varied diets.

Use hands to put fries in the frying basket as the staff member put the basket in the oil he was keep itching his head with the same hand as I saw that I asked to cancel my order but another staff member said that he will change my fries and make me fresh once and left for delivery but didn’t ask his colleagues to wash hands at all, when I was collecting my order from the staff member he was extremely unprofessional and rude he was proud of touching his body again and again and not washing there hands extremely dirty shop and poor customer service they said they make all food with dirty hands everyday proudly there were no tongs for food I would highly appreciate if council will take action regarding this as lots of customers are getting sick and food poisoning every single day as I found hair in my food that was just unbelievable.
