Staff have absolutely no clue what they are doing. I stood at the till waiting to order and the lady at the till did not take any notice of me, I had to try to get her attention. I ordered a Frappuccino and a croissant, paid for it and that was that. I waited⦠and waited⦠and continued to stand at the end of the counter where they serve the orders where the staff could see I was standing for a good 10-15 minutes but no one wanted to make eye contact or reassure me that my order was coming, a few minutes later I had to ask where my order was. She walked down to the till to confirm my order with the lady who charged me then made my drink. I then had to ask for the croissant. A total waste of time. There is no visible team work or customer service. It felt like as soon as I paid for my order, I was just a stranger standing around being ignored by staff who had no idea why I was there. Ā Ā Ā Read more18th September 2022; Sunday [12:00-12:20] Wasn't busy with customers but the amount of staff was bountiful (approx. 10).. Not entirely sure why I had to wait 5 -7 minutes to be served (I almost walked out, but I had time to kill), since I was the only person in the queue, and I wasn't even acknowledged by anybody. I guess they needed all 10 (approx.) staff to boast around the drive-though deliveries with the oh so many 5 cars. When I was fiiiiiinally served, they managed to got my drink incorrect. I specifically stated two times for soya, but ended getting semi-skimmed milk (dairy). I was not going to go back there and be ignored again for another 5-7mins. God forbid if I was lactose or allergic to dairy. No matter how busy, I know people make mistakes, we are only human, but to be so careless and mistake dairy and soya. Not cool! However, what makes this place extra special are the most amazing staff .. that make it even more special ! Bill is the most kindest and most professional person that oozes customer service etiquette⦠I wish all learnt from him.. he is top notch in his customer service and it makes all the difference!!
Jojo and Lydia are equally the same and so pleasant each time- who even remember your drink and just add an edge of class .. which money simply can not buy !!
