Came to subway today (19th of July) with my friend to order 3 subs and enquire about the meal deal prices. As we entered the establishment the man on shift (unfortunately did not get his name - South Asian male looks in his 30s) had a very poor attitude and bad facial expressions. He rudely asked us to close the door (we didn’t realise it was still open) so we apologised for the error. As I went to order he had a very hostile attitude. I asked if there is rotisserie chicken he angrily responded no so I then asked pointed at the chicken and asked what that is he said “ roast chicken” I said “ that’s what I asked for “ he then rolled his eyes. I then made another order for my friend and he was getting very annoyed as he making it as my friend likes alot of veggies etc in her sub. My friend whom I was with then ordered after me he then aggressively said “ what do you want” she asked for whole grain he replied “ no don’t have it “ again with a very aggressive manner and tone. When it came to time to pay I asked how much was a drink he then continued to roll his eyes and cancelled the order on the till and re did it to add the drink but he didn’t answer the questions about pricing so I asked again he said “ 2.30” angrily again ! So I said forget it which made him even more irritated. I just paid for the 2 subs I ordered but honestly I wouldn’t go back to this branch if this guy was on shift as it was really unsure the way he treated us. We walked in with smiles and said hello to just be treated as if we were being a nuisance and bothering him. I’m not sure what was wrong with the guy but he shouldn’t be doing a front facing customer service job if all you are gonna do is have a bad attitude and roll your eyes at customers as it makes us feel very uncomfortable...

Their conduct was so shockingly disrespectful that I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.From the moment I approached the till, it was evident that this individual lacked basic customer service skills. Not only did they speak in a rude and condescending tone, but they also raised their voice unnecessarily, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone in the vicinity.To my disbelief, when I requested assistance, the person at the till responded with an utterly inappropriate remark, threatening to throw my belongings into a nearby bin. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable in any service-oriented establishment.It is disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction in a place that should prioritize a positive experience for all patrons. I sincerely hope that management addresses this issue promptly and takes the necessary steps to ensure that no one else has to endure such disrespectful treatment in the future.I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider visiting this particular subway location until appropriate measures are taken to improve the conduct of the staff. Read moreI recently had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member at this Subway Unit 1 & 2, Brent Park, Great Central Way, London NW10 0LT. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected in terms of customer service.
The staff member in question exhibited unprofessional behavior, including the use of inappropriate language. Instead of providing assistance or addressing concerns, they resorted to using offensive words, including profanity. This not only made me uncomfortable but also reflects poorly on the overall atmosphere of the establishment.
I believe it is important for employees to maintain a certain level of professionalism, especially when dealing with customers. The use of offensive language is never acceptable and creates a negative impression of the Subway brand.
