I rarely give bad reviews as I can understand that places are understaffed and workers are tired BUT this particular experience was terrible. I walked into the shop at 7:10 PM and said "hello" to the man behind the counter. In response, he put up a finger as to stop me and said, "Give me one minute" and answered a personal call on his phone (I know it was personal because he was laughing and joking with the person on the phone) I waited till 7:15 PM for him to finish as he hadn't even looked up at me once in that time and said "excuse me." All I will say is, don't have moody staff, don't lie about the availability of a particular bread, and it also appears gave me veg meatballs on my orders when it should've been real meat. There were a couple of other issues too. I'm going to try this place one more time after a month or so to see if changes are made.
