Subway — Restaurant in London

I rarely give bad reviews as I can understand that places are understaffed and workers are tired BUT this particular experience was terrible. I walked into the shop at 7:10 PM and said "hello" to the man behind the counter. In response, he put up a finger as to stop me and said, "Give me one minute" and answered a personal call on his phone (I know it was personal because he was laughing and joking with the person on the phone) I waited till 7:15 PM for him to finish as he hadn't even looked up at me once in that time and said "excuse me." He didn't look up. I tried again and he just continued talking on the phone. I finally walked out and he still didn't...

Why do subway employ staff who can't speak And understand English?

I had to repeat my is order 3 time's And they still gave me The wrong item,this was after waiting 10 minutes,with Only one other customer ,

The shop was very hot, I asked them to turn down The heating and again they couldn't understand

And before anyone says The R word I come from The same country as the staff members,

it's not acceptable in 2023 in a London shop that staff cannot speak English, sort yourself out subway ,

What if someone has a food allergy? They will get served the wrong...

Very poor customer experience on multiple occassions now, that it warrants a review such as this. All I will say is, don't have moody staff, don't lie about the availability of a particular bread, and it also appears gave me veg meatballs on my orders when it should've been real meat. There were a couple of other issues too. I'm going to try this place one more time after a month or so to see if changes are made. Highly advise management to resolve this ASAP if you still want a viable business. Either train your staff and if they remain...
