PIzza Inn - North Wembley — Restaurant in London

My last and final order, horrendous service, and it is nothing new. My mum rang to place an order for thin crust veg. Not only do they speak so fast on the phone, they got the order wrong in a rush to get off the phone quick. Deep pan, when specifically asked for thin crust and I heard my mum mention this. Upon collection they denied we mention it, further, they refused to change it, we had to force the issue to be resolved, they offered a free drink, I asked to change they said okay come back in 15 minutes. I then returned and I asked for the inconvenience do I still get that drink as there was no apology. To make matters worse, they asked "why" ? Unbelievable, don't give two monkeys about there customers or there mistakes. This is not the first time, and it is not as if they were busy when I went. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Poor Service, they have absolutely no customer service, we found a HAIR in the pizza, called them up and every moment it was 'one second' as if they couldn't understand English, I told them this and the man said that he can understand english very well, yet he couldn't understand the queens english that I was speaking. Went into the shop to show them the pizza and get a refund, they turned around and said to us it was a ladies hair, implying that it was us, yet the hair was found in the stuffed pizza, not on top or underneath. I would highly recommend that anyone AVOIDS this shop as their hygiene and customer service is so poor, we will never be returning here again, way too much hassle, for s**t...

i've been today last time!!! Pizza taste ok but service horrible, many time they lie if they said pizza will be ready in 15 min it's mean 40 min, Today I'm asked the guy when I'm order how long time a nd im asked for real time and not lie he said 15 min ofcourse after 30 min wasnt ready, i was really disappointment, and I'm tell the guys is really unfair after that the person who prepered the pizza shaut to me fuc..of and want figth with me what is funny because he was 2 times smaller than me, could you imagine how they treat customer what buying pizza in this place...
