The Windermere — Restaurant in London

My wife Sue and I arranged a surprise 40th recently at The Windermere and it was fantastic. Noel the proprietor was amazing. His staff were very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food served was 1st class. All our guests commented on the variety and quality and friends and family said it was the best they had eaten at a function. The DJ was also arranged by Noel and he played music for all ages, so a great time was had by us all. We would recommend The Windermere for any occasion. We went to this pub with my girlfriend and two friends during a trip to London. This was the best traditional British pub experience we could hope for. The place looks absolutely amazing, with the atmosphere inside and a very friendly bartender making the whole experience very movie-like. This is a fantastic pub where you can come and relax for a drink and chat with friends and locals. The owner hosts some lovely community events bringing the community together. He is welcoming to all. Noel is a great host and It's a shame the pub has been affected by the COVID restrictions and won't be able to reopen in the current climate.
