Me and my family recently visited Tesco's - The Café, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the warm and cozy atmosphere welcomed me, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.
The coffees; Late / Cappuccino are simply the best. They do the Decaffeinated ones too. I tried a decaf, and it was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Whether you're a fan of a classic espresso or a creamy latte, their baristas know how to craft a perfect cup every time.
My siblings got Raspberry Chocolate milkshakes, I couldn't resist trying one of their milkshakes, and it did not disappoint. It was divine – thick, creamy, and bursting with flavor. It's a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.
As for the food, the portions were generous and satisfying. They offer a wide variety of options, from hearty breakfast dishes to delicious lunch items. I had the avocado toast with poached eggs, and it was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
Overall, Tesco's - The Café provides a fantastic experience with top-notch coffee, indulgent milkshakes, and a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. It's a perfect spot for a casual hangout, a working session, or a leisurely meal....
Read moreWent in around 1/2pm on a Wednesday, first impressions every single table was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleared in hours. We had no choice but to sit on a table with rubbish on it and it wasn’t cleared until I asked one of the staff if they could clear it to which his response was ‘all the tables are dirty’. Ordered food at 2:15pm came a whole 40 minutes later for 2 dishes. Chips portion for the burger was laughable. Fish came with no lemon apparently they had no lemon which doesn’t make sense to me since it’s a Tesco Café🤣 also forgot my peas after 40 minutes, when reminded they bought out regular peas when I had asked for mushy peas. When my mum expressed that we had been waiting extremely long for the food, manager (short lady with glasses) was very rude and dismissive saying they were extremely busy all morning. There was about 4 tables occupied at the time. One server who seemed to be doing all the work alone even said there should be more people on the floor however they were hiding in the kitchen doing nothing 🤣 This cafe used to be quite good not sure what happened. Wouldn’t recommend, better off doing your shopping and...
Read moreStandard Tesco cafe clean and tidy. Ordered all day breakfast and a cup of tea at 1400hrs on a Saturday. Service was quite quick. Sat down to tuck in and the sausages, bacon and beans were all cold, hash browns not much warmer. Asked for a refund and they weren't going to refund the cup of tea as I could still drink it. Supervisor came out and said it was cooked fresh. I asked how had it got cold walking to the table. Again I was told it was cooked fresh. I explained I saw them serve the bacon, sausage and hash browns out of Tupperware containers. The supervisor said they we cooked fresh and then put in containers. Maybe all day breakfast means it sits there all day. Better off with a £3 meal deal from the fridge. (Will probably be warmer too.) Not recommended -...
