Pizza Delicacia — Restaurant in London

I am a regular customer since this shop opened,so many people used to work in until now.... but nobody like the person who is taking orders on a daily basis on the phone please ,in the past I ordered from Pizza Delicacia with UberEATS and even I left a good review for the pizza Delicacia,,today I. Am ordering for delivery a pizza for my kids, which I am used to order since last couple of weeks,one pizza ,or chicken,plus one bottle juice or any other extras up to £10or £12, Today I am trying to get the answer of how much does cost minimum order to qualify for free delivery and the regular person that respond n the phone is not treating me nice and is telling me to send my taxi,instead of responding me how much is the minimum order to qualify for free delivery,he doesn't care that I am regular customer and bla bla bla, this is not the right customer service, plus since long time the quality of the chicken is not what was before,many times the chicken is not fresh,just hot warmed before delivery, very dessapointed, better order from Town Pizzainstead of getting such...

Ordered for door delivery, food was warm but not the pizza. Food was packed well and delivered even before the time. I love chicken, half peri peri chicken was awesome and I had it all. My daughter liked the chicken and chips was nicely cut to perfection a real potato chips.

I ordered a thin crust chicken pizza which tasted good but would have have been better if it was delivered bit warm, should be prepared at the end. My wife liked her vegetable lasagna which was warm and she mentioned it’s the best. Salad and sauces was served to the requirement.

Would recommend people in the area to try home delivery, enjoy Italian food at home in front of the TV with family at...

Not great costumer service from some of the staff . Thay don't havea a uniform , no mask , no gloves , some of them are having long hair beard and are not covered like shuld be . The order to be ready take a bit long .

Are soo manny staff to inprove ..In special that thay are eating in front of the costumers and not wash thair hands .

If you want to make and keep your costumer , (the cosumer service needs to be more than ok , competition is big so please a bit more carefoul.
