Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in London

I went to the cafe with friends to get 3 lattes. I was told they were closed, Its was only 2.30pm, when signs say clearly closes at 4pm. I said oh why got no water/or electric ?.The guy behind the counter said I am on my own. I said how many people does it take to make coffee. Then this women appeared, persume manager, no name badge. she started having a go at the guy, whom, by now was making coffee.she said we are closed I told you that. I Get our coffees, but not please with the way the women spoke to me and my friends. There were about 8 others that wanted serving too. The only reason I gave 1* is the guy was trying to be helpful. Been here about 4 times now and I must say that the food is horrible. The chef does a great job but it's just all frozen food and that poor man is on his own. I feel that he should have someone working alongside him. A month ago, I visited the Cafe and a young girl was working there and kept getting told off by a man who looked like the Manager. He was being very persistent, pushy and rude to her which made her look quite nervous. She served my husband and I food with a big smile. This rating is due to the frozen food and the management. New staff shouldn't have to be pushed around so heavily, they need TIME to adjust and get used...

Cook is an absolute waste of time. Asked for a bacon and egg sandwich with mushroom. And he handed me the sandwich. With a mushroom just thrown underneath. This then resorted in the sandwich being covered in black mushroom juice because it wasn't cooked properly either. And I found cheese in the underneath of the sandwich? Not very good if I were lactose intolerant? Wouldn't waste £4.10 for the most expensive sandwich I'd thrown away. Wish I had a refund or a decent breakfast...
