Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in London

Went in yesterday, ordered a large pizza at £12.99, was told we could get a buy one get one free, we asked does it include the create your own, we were told yes up to four toppings. Some how we ended up being charged £19.99 couldn't be bothered to argue as I just wanted to get home after getting soaked in the rain and a stressful day. Now I know for a fact we asked for extra cheese on both pizzas but there was basically no cheese on either of them at all. As for the bacon we also asked for, the tiny amount we did get wasn't even worth it, crumbs from a slice of bread are bigger. Sick of being ripped off by these people, IF I ASK AND PAY FOR EXTRA BLOODY CHEESE I EXPECT TO GET IT!!!!!!!! The pizza was awful and very dry, they seriously skimp on toppings and charge you what they want, the manager is a rude, grumpy old git and I can see why he is always looking for new staff. Anyone in the Isleworth area are better off going to Milado (royal grill by busch corner) There pizzas are of better quality, loads of toppings and so much cheaper, the staff there are nice and friendly and if you have a complaint they deal with it. Papas pizza are just money grabbing gits who have no clue about...

I've been looking for one of my favourite ingredients, which is often disliked, and Papa Johns has it when the competitors (at least in my area) aren't stocking anchovies since the first lockdown, and it is impossible to find in nearby supermarkets.

Not only that, but my two pizzas, and two sides (with drink) came really quickly! Honestly I think the entire thing was under 30 minutes. Usually when this happens it means there was a shortcut taken, but nope! The BBQ chicken wings were cooked all the way through, and when I say the pizza and sides were hot, I mean I had to be a bit quick in putting the chicken on my plate, and that was using my left hand (I practise bass guitar). The delivery driver also actually found my address without getting lost!! That has been a huge issue for a lot of other delivery places, but this guy found me no problem at all.

Oh and the 1.5ltr drink was nice and cooold to boot. This just ticked all the boxes, and then some. Cheers guys, definitely satisfied my...

I ordered Mumbai spice pizza today online which is meant to be vegetarian. After collecting the pizza and reached home ,I found it was non vegetarian. I called them asked to replace it with vegetarian. They agreed . I went again to collect .There was only one guy in the shop and managing everything.He was on the phone throughout the cooking process with someone.He was not focussed on the work. He gave pepper passion this time instead of Mumbai spice. When I mentioned him again about the repeated mistake , he just said sorry. As j don’t want to reorder again (already lost half an hour ), I collected it .
