Called up to book table on 14th Feb said me my wife and daughter was given the table for 7pm perfect then 20 mins later get a call from this person saying manager said can't come as couples only etc... Come for 8.30 onwards if no child then fine but cause was 3 of us get told this I said this is wrong and I been coming for many years I have sent all friends and family there to experience and will write a review on my experience and all he does is laughs and says no point of this I said don't laugh you have really spoilt my mood .

Hour later manager calls saying you wanted table for 7 pm I said yes explained all he says sorry he from office left a message apologizing which I accepted and said you still like to come. I said ok I went there and wish I did not they give a table right near the door when there is other spaces available I look around and there was 3 couples with their kids same age with their parents and I get told no come later I let that by we order food and 2 cokes and what happens we get a small glass of coke at £2.75 each 150ml each and I see other tables those having coke have a full can of 330ml £2.75 which I pay at all restaurants so I was charged 2 times for 1 can worth of drink . So this will be the last time I come here and tbh this review won't bother you but to let others know of my...

1 Poh Piah, (4 mini veg spring rolls, with light seasoned salad and sauce) 1 Gaeng Kiew Wan, (green curry - vegetable option) 1 Khao hom Mali, (jasmine rice) 1 Chow Mein, (noodles, with crunchy veg strands)

Authentic, Fresh, Delicate flavours and rich, quality veg ingredients and cooking made this order a joy. I never thought I'd enjoy veg as much. Definitely a restaurant proud of its roots, worth saving up for the cuisine, in fact lifts standards to improve palette and consume only at the best. Every bite of any item, and I could savour the taste of every single ingredient - like individual veg which was full of fresh flavour, the seasoning and flavours ran true to Thai-cuisine. I can understand the smaller portion size - worth enjoying and appreciating all the flavours from every bite, however, this was for the money charged, too small. Also the rice were a bit too starchy and stuck which was disappointing and it was the only item that on its own wasn't tasty, expected some jasmine kick/twist.

Meal with delivery cost £27.15, but the portion size received was like someone packing away his meal to go, after eating his fill, easily should have...

Pretty average. I have been to Thailand many times. Food here was not really 'authentic'. Service was unfriendly. The one gentleman that served me was rude and abrupt. Efficient but not friendly. The best part of the meal were the complimentary prawn crackers and condiments. I only had a soup and an appetiser. Glad I didn't order more. The Thai Fisherman Soup which comprised mixed seafood in Thai hot and sour soup with fresh Thai herbs was not hot nor spicy. It lacked that depth of flavour that you would normally expect from Thai cuisine. The Goong Chup Pang Tod which were marinated prawns, fried in a light batter and served with sweet and sour plum sauce were OK, nothing to write home about. The prawns were not deveined. It is highly recommended, that the vein is removed as it is an intestinal tract, which contains waste and can give the prawn a gritty texture and unpleasant taste. There are better Thai restaurants. I was in transit in London and staying at a hotel nearby. I am glad that I will only be going once. On the plus, nice, elegant...

So the food here is good. I almost always get the Thai green curry and satay chicken. Very tasty. And as there are very few Thai places in hounslow the price is a bit much for what you get. Now something to consider when ordering any vegetable Thai green curry. As my wife is allergic to shellfish, a lot of the curry paste has shrimp sauce in it. So be careful when your ordering as even though it says vegetarian the paste most Thai places use have some sort of shrimp paste within the curry paste. However this place doesn’t have it in their Thai green curry as we were told by the waitress. It’s also handy that everything is halal. The staff are very friendly and are always quick to assist when you need something.

This is a weird one. I was excited to try this lovely, professionally presented looking, warm, welcoming restaurant. I was comfortable sitting in there and really enjoyed myself. The ambience was excellent. The only issue is that the Thai food was....forgettable. The different dishes all sort of tasted the same. The menu was a digestible length and the food titles were good and inviting. Yet my variety of dishes all sort of tasted the same. Sorry I'm not explaining this well at all! Perhaps there was no unique seasoning? I don't know. For example the chicken (unseasoned) tasted the same across all of my 3 different dishes. Unfortunately I feel I could have made tastier Thai food in my house.
