Went there with my family and the food, drink and service was fantastic. Wilson was our server and was super helpful and friendly, with lots of recommendations. Octopus salad(starter) was so fresh and really delicious, Wilson mentioned it’s often sold out and I can see why. Chouriso was amazing too. A grilled and marinated octopus salad isn’t on the menu but Wilson mentioned it had been on the past- sounds fantastic! The sauce with the beef and chips was fantastic but the beef was a little tough. Grilled Pork belly was very nicely cooked but would be nicer with some sauce to go with it. Too much to describe my experience today. To cut it short, after asking a few questions and make my order (kids meal)I was told no, because I did not have a child with me and found descrepan ies in the menu. But what did it for me is that the attendant just told me because I said so, when I was asking her to point me to where the information said tha I could not make that order without a child present. My friend ordered some food through uber eats. Rice was old/stale. Maybe a good 2 days old or more. The meat also smelt off. Chips were cold. For £22.50 for a bitoque, you'd expect fresh cooked food. They need to treat all customers the same. I feel that if you don't have a portuguese name when you order online, (uber, deliveroo etc.. they don't really care how the food gets sent out and that is utterly unacceptable.
