The Downham Tavern — Restaurant in London

Please avoid this pub as it is so clicky, I walk into this pub for a quite drink and started to get looked at because I'm not a regular, one guy approached me while I was at the bar and ask me what police station am I from, I said I'm not from any police station. Then, as I was going to the toilet, another guy passed me and said go back to Bromley police station. I could see a few of these people going around the pub talking,pointing, and staring at me. I did inform the landlady. Clearly, these people in the pub have something to hide or they are just trouble makers. I didn't like this atmosphere and being treated like that. Not much to say about this pub, as it strikes me as a pub that has catered to it's locals that's been coming there for some number of years, the interior isn't much to write home about, but i suppose it meats the needs of those local to the area, the staff where friendly and the locals in the pub at the time of my visit, generally seemed welcoming and down to earth, so if you happen to be local to the area, I suppose one could pop in for a quick glass of beer and a...
