They don't disclose ingredients which can be a serious problem for people with medical or allergic conditions. For example they do not tell you the entire ingredients that they make smoothies with. The ingredients they list are not accurate, they add things not listed on the menu when they make them which could cause a diabetic or a person with allergies huge problems. I asked if the smoothie was made with just frozen fruit and ice instead of milk or yoghurt ( dairy allergy) but they did not list apple juice as the main ingredient anywhere. The fruits listed do not mention apple or apple juice. This is a serious deception and they laughed when I brought it up that not providing accurate ingredients or not disclosing a major ingredient is dangerous to public health. I’ve been here a couple of times and usually in and out without any fuss however today I went in and ordered my drink and they brought me the wrong drink. When I told them I had ordered an iced drink, they proceeded to tell me I had not. I explained that I knew what I had ordered and they eventually agreed to make me another after making me feel pretty uncomfortable. They then poured the hot coffee with some milk and sent me on my way with a warm coffee and no ice, I went to walk back in once I realised however I didn’t feel the staff were very approachable after the initial situation of them telling me I’d ordered something I had not so decided to just leave it and go on my way. I'm a local here and and a big coffee nerd, but usually brew my own coffee...if I'm out I usually want an espresso and this does the best in the area.

However I think their longer drinks (e.g. Americano and milk based drinks like flat white, lattes) could do with some variation and finesse i.e. not served boiling hot, but having spoken with other locals including the Turkish barber's opposite, they seem to love it that way.

In summary- if you like your coffee very hot and dark, then this is will be up your street...if you're into more artisan lighter brewing or something with more acidity and complexity then you're out of luck...
