27/06/2024- Thank you for your response to my review. I will repeat again that the staff member was totally unprofessional with no manners. He was not even willing to listen properly. I told him the Mogo chips were refried as there was a bad smell and taste to it. Also the imli chutney was all sticky and had gone off completely, it felt like glue. The chilli chip chat had no beans in it, and what was meant to be a LARGE PORTION WHICH IS WHAT I PAID FOR, it looked like a small portion. The cheese on top had been stuck in the microwave just to melt as that staff member also confirmed. Normally whenever we have had chili chip chat from pizza parlour, the cheese has always been nicely toasted under a grill or oven. I honestly don’t know what’s happened to the quality. This is not the way you guys should give food. At least the cheese should have been toasted. Extremely bad quality food and customer service. To which I paid a high amount for only for me to put everything in the bin. Your staff member said that he could give me a SMALL PORTION OF CHILI CHIP CHAT ON MY NEXT VISIT. I would hate to think what a small portion looks like since I was given a small portion and charged for a large. He never was apologetic, he had too much ego. Not once was he considerate to the situation. You as a management team, should be giving me a full refund since you provided me raw food, and food was off.
This place has to be reported to the trading standards. They sell uncooked raw food and pack it in a very bad container which makes a mess of it. They sell food which is off, and when complained the staff was not even apologetic or understanding. The staff had no remorse, no customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They charge sky high prices and give uncooked food, items of food missing and food which is gone off. And still the member of staff was not apologetic. I am shocked by your response, not only because of the accusations but also because it completely disregards my valid concerns. As a working adult and a loyal customer who has supported your business in the past, I find it disappointing that instead of addressing the issue constructively, you’ve resorted to baseless allegations.
Firstly, I have not, and do not need to, create multiple accounts to voice my concerns. My family, like any other, has individual email accounts, and if multiple members have raised similar concerns, perhaps it’s a sign that your practices need reviewing.
Secondly, your claim about transparency falls flat. If your menu does indeed mention that those sauces contain egg, why advertise as "pure vegetarian"? This is misleading and could alienate customers who trust your labeling. Accommodating other dietary preferences is fine, but it must not come at the cost of misrepresenting your core claim.
Furthermore, I was even more disappointed when the staff clearly told me, "If you don’t want to consume the sauce, it’s up to your discretion." How could such a response be acceptable when you are advertising yourself as a pure vegetarian establishment? This dismissive attitude shows a lack of understanding of the responsibility that comes with such a label.
Lastly, regarding the alleged telephone conversation, I refute your version of events. I was firm in expressing my disappointment because the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. However, I was not rude, and I certainly did not tell anyone to "shut up." If your staff misinterpreted my tone, that is unfortunate, but it does not justify making false claims about my behavior.

Read moreWow I thought I was the only one that felt that way, Portions are small, 4 Jalapeno poppers 5pcs for 5.99. chip chat portions has changed to a smaller, if you are a group of 4 have to order 2 for each of you to have some of it. earlier portion was decent hence dint have to order 2 portions
Portions n price u can live with, but the attitude of the staff is beyond me, u find they think we don't need customers who complain, I go there as I am pure veg however whenever you leave after dinner you feel sad. manager is arrogant I don't know if he has been advised to do this by the owners or not
they cash in pure veg customers hence can get away with this rude behaviour, wish the owner would accept there is an issue with staff and portions, people will spend the same, smaller portions will not get customer order two portions they will skip it.
I just read recent view I agree with gentlemen, no flexibility is provided by them.
not sure now before they would only have deep pan pizza on offer and not thin base, no commercial logic in that, I could be dumb to get that could do with enlightenment. deep pan means more dough hence costlier.
