Titanic Kitchen & Lounge — Restaurant in London

Customer service was 10/10. And all the food is Halal but they do serve shisha on the premises. There's a beautiful dinning area at the front and a spacious lounge at the back with comfortable seating and a retractable roof. I tried the frozen apple with frozen Raspberry shisha which was recommended to me, it was very light at first. The second time the coal was changed the shisha was more smooth and you can taste the flavours coming through. On to the food, I ordered the chicken thigh steak with mash and green beans, I was so impressed with how everything was well seasoned even the green beans! The chicken thigh steak was so succulent & juicy bursting with flavour! The mash was the best I've tried 🤤 I also ordered the halloumi which didn't taste salty like most places but it did have a bit of a rubbery texture. I think I'll get a different starter next time. For drinks, I ordered the Raspberry Mocktail, I found it to be too watered down and tasted too much of lime which I didn't enjoy as much but I did receive a complimentary Lemonade which was so refreshing and tasty! Overall, I had such a lovely time & I highly recommend checking this place out! Also I forgot to mention, they accept cash only but there is an ATM machine right by the grocery shop...

Do not order on JUST EAT! We placed an order at 18:10, at 19:20 I called them to check on the status of the order, to my surprise the “manager” told me that the chef is new, and didn’t know how to use the app, and they didn’t have the ingredients for our order. That was extremely unprofessional and cannot be excused. Very poor service. Our child was waiting for her much anticipated spaghetti with prawns, she’s been checking on the door every now and then, only to be told it’s no longer coming. We’ve had to find an alternative at 19:30 and bedtime is only in half an hour for her....

The lounge was marvellous and the food was delicious! Located in East London, it’s a fun spot for eating out and they have lots of options and flavours for Shisha. The sirloin steak with mashed potato was definitely my favourite 😍 This was no ordinary mashed potatoes with steak, they were seasoned and flavoured so good! - and this is coming from someone who don’t usually order mashed potatoes!
