Wild Bean Cafe — Restaurant in London

Calling this a Cafe is misleading - it's a take out attached to the BP petrol station & M&S. The coffee and the small range of hot sandwiches, pastries etc are tasty. My low rating is because the service / staff are in dire need of training. Firstly, it's unclear whether you are supposed to order & pay at the fuel till or at the Wild Bean till - whichever I try to do, I am snippily told I'm wrong and I have to queue again at the other. It seems Wild Bean doesn't have dedicated staff and whoever is available pops over and serves - this means that no one is clearing up, restocking sauces, serviettes etc meaning you have to ask & again get a snippy response. I keep going back because the coffee is good and the location is convenient. But I'd go elsewhere if there was...
