The owner is greedy and over charged for my girls birthday party function, little food, bad service, they are always watching you while you eat very uncomfortable.

Will not recommend!!!

We paid £1200 in total. If you call that charity.. just confirms your character.

We had to order pizza separately for the kids. If there was enough food we would not have to do this. Still we did not complain.

You are counting babies into the adult head count. We said minimum of 40 people. You said not a problem. You confirmed yourself 43. Still not enough food.

Yes We came 45 mins early to put balloons up. Guests arrived at 5pm. As timings given by you were 5-11pm. Food was not served till 8pm.

We also brought fruit and cake, cupcakes, and lots of confectionery from home. Your staff kept the fruit and did not serve.

My guests were made to feel awkward. No one ate properly. They are still complaining till date.

We left early as everyone was soo dissatisfied.

No food was left over to take home as you made little and gave us one piece of meat to prove your point.

Come over to my house and I will treat you and your family to a meal. God Willing.

I don’t mind paying extra monies if my guests were fed and satisfied with the service, honestly it was waste of money.

Your one staff lady served food with anger on her face. And was rude to all of my guests. Because she knew there was not enough food. So she was putting guests off eating so they would not eat. Good tactic- but cheap behaviour.

You have ripped us off. No problem Please don’t do anyone else....
