Didnât go into the Restaurant section, instead was at the bar/cafe section just before the restaurant part.
Two teenage girls had extremely poor attitude, disrespectful and negative when asked questions.
I had ordered a Cafe Mocha, and as expected in most cafes, itâs a shot of espresso, with steamed milk and hot chocolate mix. Or alternatively itâs an espresso shot with hot chocolate mix in the espresso and hot steamed milk mixed in.
What I received was a cup of watery brown coloured liquid, and I had asked what I got, and one of the girls asked what I ordered. I said I ordered a cafe mocha, and she said, âthats how we do itâ. And she explained it was a shot of espresso with watery hot chocolate from the machine over. I gave the drink back to her and explained that usually itâs espresso with hot steamed milk and hot chocolate mixture, and I left.
Poor attitude from the girls, like they couldnât care less. Wonât be getting any hot drinks here.

Read moreJust back after booking lunch for a special occasion. To say the food fell far below the standard of what would be expected is an understatement. 2x roast dinners and 2 x sirloin steak dinners. The cream potatoes with the roast beef were cold, the roast potatoes extremely hard, the only thing that added some heat was the gravy. The two steaks were full of fat and gristle, the onion rings were anaemic and had no crispness at all and the chips couldnât be eaten either, due to the hardness of the potato. All in all terrible and NO comparison to Cuffs who they seem to align their partnership to. The two girls who had to listen to my complaint were polite and understanding, hence the 1 star review. Would...

My friend just got her knee replaced and I have thrown my back out. Despite this they proceed to give us our two pots of tea and scones to carry out ourselves. We had to ask for a tray.... two mugs.... milk....a knife and a spoon đ scones were dry as anything and the tea cups were still dirty. While we ate we watched people pile up dirty plates and such to a unseated table in order for them to be able to sit down and eat. Would not recommend this cafe but the gardens, views and castle...
