Domino's Pizza - Telford - South — Restaurant in Madeley

I would honestly give 0 stars if it was an option. Myself and my boyfriend have ordered from this place many times before and never had a problem until tonight. We decided we wanted to order one tonight and have an at home date night since we’re not able to go out anywhere with the current situation. We even ordered more than we normally would. We ordered two large pizzas and two sides. My boyfriends pizza turned out fine, just as it normally is. However mine was most definitely not. I just ordered a plain cheese and tomato pizza as I always did and the reason why I liked dominos pizza was because I liked the amount of cheese they normally put on. I’ve had a bad experience with too much cheese and ended up choking pretty bad before . When I received my pizza tonight it was absolutely drenched in cheese. There was so much that it didn’t even look like it had been cut. My first thought was that they’d sent me someone else’s pizza who had preferred extra cheese. I get that some would like that amount of cheese but it’s about preference and every other time I had ordered from there it had been the perfect amount. Anyway, I rang up to ask if there was any solution to the problem, preferably being a new pizza as this one was inedible for me. The lady seemed very confused by what I was saying and put me on hold for five minutes. I was then greeted by a man who I assume was the manager. He was so rude to me. He basically turned around and said that it’s the normal amount they put on since each pizza gets a quality check before it leaves. Which can’t possibly be correct otherwise there would not be that much cheese on the pizza. I even mentioned that it looked like there had been added extra cheese but he was insistent that I was wrong. The way he spoke to me was not acceptable. He was so belittling it got to the point that he made me cry. It was just not the customer service that is deemed acceptable at all. Beware and be careful, we ordered £85 worth of food as we had family over, the food didn't even arrive, the made excuses that they tried to ring and left voicemail.then I had the excuse that a wrong number was given which I checked and correct number given , I was then told to reorder the order as they cancelled it, when I asked how long I was told they couldn't for fill my order.they also had the cheek to say I'd gave a fake number which I felt insulted. I told them to shove their order where the sun don't shine. I then rang back and asked to speak to the manager who was rude and abusive told me that the girl was 16 who I spoke to and that she was in tears. I explained the situation but he wasn't interested. He threatened me and said he will come to my address and have me, I found this behaviour very threatening, I told him I'd recorded the phone call and that anything happens the police will be called. After that he put the phone down. I am going to be making a formal complaint to their head office tomorrow as I don't think customers should be abused like this. Please beware and think twice before using this store. Just an update surprise surprise the pointed the finger of blame this way and told me they wont ever deliver to my address again. There loss... i placed an order to find after over an hour it turns up almost cold, i then rang the store to be told i could not have a replacement as it was too busy but could have a free one next time, this i did not want as it was now i was hungry and these would need to be re heated in my oven first and was not acceptable. after all they where quick enough to take my money. the manager was very rude and suggested what more did i want "for him to come round and give me a massage" certainly not if the quality was the same as the pizzas I had this problem ages ago and stopped using them, this will now be a permanent thing p.s only gave 1 star as...
