Costa Coffee - Headcorn — Restaurant in Maidstone

Popped in today Sept 2025. As the tea rooms was closed after a fire. Avoid if you can, the floors were filthy, the furniture discusting , dirty and falling apart, table were badly worn, table wobbly, windows filthy, out of stock of Bacon, sausage rolls only had ham and cheese as they said they were waiting for a delivery. The loo was filthy, the toilet seat was badly stain in urine, the floor was wet, not sign on wall to say when last cleaned. Who ever did the last paint job, left paint all over the soft bench seats, on a plus the two girls on duty were well dressed and very polite. Worth a visit ☺ Michael and Jake were super hospitable, very sympathetic, positive and reassuring towards me while I cried about my puppy who was in surgery at the nearby vets and made me a lovely latte which as all coffee lovers know, always makes any situation a little easier to cope with. The place was clean bright welcoming and tidy and I will definitely be back again another day. Popped in here for a coffee and green tea. My glass mug was scummy round the top so my husband took it back and changed it for a cup. This also had a tide mark round the inside so I took it back and said could I have a clean cup. I was then given one that was even worse. The chap tried to find a clean one but couldn't.
