New Inn — Restaurant in Malvern Hills

Everytime I have visited there has been an overwhelming smell of urine at the bar whether a dog or person has done it I don't know, such a shame, I've visited another few times over a year since then just to see if it has changed but as soon as we have stepped through the door the smell is still there so have walked straight back out again, also the meat has made me ill when I had a mixed grill a year ago too. This pub would have the potential to be my favourite in Malvern due to it having the lovely play park at the back as I have 3 children but unfortunately these things really let the place down. I have also managed several bars in the past so I don't understand why this smell and hygiene hasn't been delt with. Hopefully this review will be what the staff need to...

Have used this pub for years and the food has been fantastic. Recently been taken over . Ordered steak which could not be cut with the steak knife or chewed it was awful!took this to the new manager who said he knew the steaks were bad quality but he didn't have any say as the meat is Ordered by Marstons and added they have lots of complaints!!! To top it we had booked a week in advance for a table as it it was my birthday. We were allocated a table outside the toilet right by the entrance with the door propped open onto the car park it was really cold and basically horrible!! I asked if it was possible to re locate but told no as there were locals coming in. Been going for years before the take over. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! staff rude food rubbish...

What a treat for Sunday lunch. Cooked to absolute perfection, the beef was tender, flavourful, and effortlessly melted in my mouth. The generous portions ensured a satisfying meal, from the perfectly roasted potatoes to the fresh, vibrant vegetables that accompanied the beef. The Yorkshire pudding was amazing.

Additionally, the staff at The New Inn Pub deserves a special mention for their attentive and friendly service. They made sure our dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish.
