Terrible!! Been in twice and been told the pasties are cold or warm. I want to pay for a hot pasties not cold or warm. Its got nothing to with what time of day. Other outlets pies pasties are always hot so why not yours. Your other outlets are the same. Had enough of Greggs. Going to pound bakery at least there pasties are HOT!! All the time. Just been to Tesco and bought a very hot pastie from their snack section and they dont specialise in hot food to take away!!. I'm sure some one can use their initiative.
