Basically tried to pick up a page from here from fed ex and they sent me a pick-up code as a text message. Went into the shop to collect the package they refused to get it because I wasn’t sent the QR code. Fed ex do not issue QR code! Dealt with fed ex and they confirmed this. They have escalated this to pick up the package and re deliver to my house.

These guys have bad attitudes in this shop, even tried to say they keep packages that arrive like this. They think they’re clever but and that they can keep what can’t be collected. I raised a dispute with fedex and this is being collected over the next day or so.

Very well stocked, a little bit dull inside, so it could do with a bit more lighting, and the isles are a tad narrow. Very wide range of stock and so many of the older generation brands that you dont find in the average shops, so there is no shortage in choice and the staff are very polite and friendly. I would say the prices are on par with other places, but it's the selection of items that make this place stand out from others. I can’t believe there accepting parcel off delivery drivers but when you go to pick up you’re parcels you’re not allowed to pick them up because the machine is broke.
