I recently visited a fast food restaurant several times and feel compelled to share my experience in hopes of providing an honest perspective for potential customers. Unfortunately, my visits have consistently been disappointing, and I would not recommend this establishment.
Firstly, the quality of the food is very poor. Each time I visited, the food failed to meet even the basic expectations of a fast food restaurant. The chicken, in particular, was often undercooked, which is a serious concern given the potential health risks associated with consuming improperly cooked poultry. The boneless chicken was hot the fries were ok but we like the mash : the popcorn chicken was freezing and the bbq chicken was barely warm . Read moreI hardly ever leave reviews but I've been to this kfc a few times now and almost every time, I leave feeling annoyed because of how rude the lady at the drive thru is. I went today and ordered a meal that is on the offers menu and when I get to the window to pay and she tells me full price, I tell her it's on offer and at this point she looked even more annoyed than she standardly does and pretty much tells me off for not telling her when I ordered that i wanted it as an offer and how she has too void the transaction now. She hardly even allowed me the opportunity to tell her it's an offer when I ordered as she cuts in quickly saying anything else and drive to the window and also, should she not be aware of the offers anyway. I decided to check reviews for this store to see if anyone else had any bad experiences with member of staff and to absolutely no suprise the first review I read is regarding a bad experience with an older lady at the checkout. I'm very sure their review is regarding the same member of staff I have mentioned in my review, in fact I guarantee it.
