Subway — Restaurant in Manchester

Normally when owner lady is there, its very good service and also other staff.

Today there was a man with hat serving customers. Most probably from India. Was very very rude. First of all he did not change gloves despite asking as I am vegetarian. I ordered veggie delight and simply asked him to put no peppers and no jalopeno but please put more olives. And he said you have to pay extra. He put around 6 olives. What to say!!! I requested him again please put more olives , And he will not listen. I was so disappointed that I left without taking any sandwich away. I am really sorry for that sandwich waste but this man will not listen.

He needs educating. Please someone check camera and see how much salads he put?

I visited between 1:30 to 2:00 pm today.

Its nothing against company or owner , its his attitude

How much few extra olives will cost?

Bad bad service.

After visiting this store. I went to subway oldham. Their card machine was not working due to global IT outage. Staff told me to pay next day.

I have also attached picture of their sub.

And did not once ask for extra charge.

I visited the subway branch at Gorton Manchester this morning. On arrival I was greeted by a wonderful young assistant originally from Spain who has moved to the uk and is studying towards her dream career. The welcome was wonderful. I was asked a number of questions regarding the type of bread and the fillings to be added to my order. Having never been to a Subway previously to order a bespoke baguette the experience was made memory by the professional address of this assistant. In addition to the baguette I wss able to order a black coffee all of which was fantastic. I was also provided a chocolate cookie free as a friedly customer. This Subway outlet is near to the Tesco store, and the reason I tried it was as Tesco do not open their tills until 11:00 Subway 1, Tesco 0. I strongly recommend that you try this Subway outlet, and hope that you are served by this truely wonderful Spanish ex-pat Student. As usual, tell them that Niall sent you, they of course will not know who you are talking about :-) Honest reviews from honest...

Disgusting service. Rude staff. Went with my 4 year old daughter and asked if we could just have a children’s meal but without the bread (still willing to pay normal price) only remove the bread. Was told rudely “we don’t do that here”. Arguing with me as if I’m an inconvenience. We literally have this at every other subway and it is never an issue. My daughter has an allergy to gluten. This being the reason she cannot have the bread. Discrimination! Will never be returning to this branch. Have also told multiple people about this and will continue to tell every single person I know. Refusing to serve a 4 year old…...
