Debs Diner — Restaurant in Mansfield

Twice this has happened now been in to order food,, stood waiting for half hour while telephone deliveries are made ,, finally get my order and half of it is missing then told I haven't ordered lol,,, checked receipt and yes half was missing the girls can't keep up with the orders they take your money and leave you in a corner not right,,, replying to your email,,I ordered 2 jumbo breakfasts and received 1 was expected to wait for the other after I proved I ordered 2 there was sausage and hash browns missing with the breakfast I received and like I say this isn't the first time this has happened I come into your shop every week with my work friends and watched them eat while I was forgotten about the women just kept looking at me!!!!! Also been in for a large bacon sausage and egg sandwich and got 1 bacon in the large sandwich (would hate to see a standard one! We did spend a lot of money in your shop you probably won't miss our custom but we won't be returning just hope you can learn for future...

Just dropped in for breakfast today (Sunday). Very friendly staff, very quick service of both drinks and food. We both had the all-day breakfast and I swapped my hash browns for black pudding. Delicious food, served hot, and plenty of it too. The drinks were good and hot and we only waited a couple of minutes more for the food. The speed of service was particularly good given that they were very busy preparing and delivering Sunday roast dinners. The phone was ringing...

Rang at 10.12 am for two breakfasts to be delivered & they said we would be waiting 30 to 40 minutes because they were busy. Had to ring them at 11.30 to say we still had not received them. They apologised & said it was because the delivery driver was waiting in a queue for petrol... Anyway eventually got our breakfast at 11.55 so it was actually more like our dinner, didn't enjoy it at all. Won't be ordering...
