Cuckoo Birch — Restaurant in Mansfield

I didn't try the food, as I only popped in for a quick pint. I'm not much of a pub drinker, but this seemed like a nice boozer. Well laid out and the lady who served me was very pleasant. Just what you'd expect from any good barmaid, (if that's not an outdated, sexist term these days 😕). When I visited, the place was very quiet. Admittedly, it was like, 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon, hardly peak hours, but even so, it felt like the place had a nice 'vibe' overall. This is a nice pub and I intend to visit again. Hopefully, there will be more women in there next time!...

Sat in public bar which is a perfect example of its type. Decoration awful, bit rough but beer really good. It's rare I've enjoyed a pint of John Smith's but this really was fresh, clean and tasty. Bar girl very efficient and if you like these type of estate pubs, I do, give it a try. Just don't expect plush, neat, comfortable...

Dave the landlord and his team is very welcoming pricing is reasonable with quality drinks and a large range of snacks with discos on most Fridays and Saturdays with a reasonable size function room with two large beer gardens with plenty of seating and family and...
