Subway — Restaurant in Mansfield

Went here on Sunday, around 11:00am. Got to be the worst customer service received, 3 people behind the counter talking amongst themselves, I was the only customer in the shop and it took 2 minutes of standing there before any of them asked what I wanted,

I told the guy what I wanted, he said okay, chatted a bit more then asked one of the girls to sort me instead, so I had to tell her what I wanted, again, the guy put the cheese on one and put it in the oven, his entire contribution to my 2 sandwiches.

The 3rd girl served me on the till. 3 people to make 2 sandwiches and still not an ounce of good customer service between them

Never have I seen such blatant ignorance toward a customer from 3 members of staff.

I'm Coeliac so Subway offering gluten free bread and clearly labelled allergen information is a big thing for me. Staff here are friendly and helpful, take the necessary precautions when making a gluten free sub and don't make me feel rushed or unwelcome as I know it is a bit of a hassle and slows them down. Really appreciate them taking the time to make me feel included as Subway's pretty much the only fast food option if you're forced to be gluten free. Was appalled to see a female member of staff lone working, this very unsafe practice and management should be ashamed allowing them to work alone. What would happen if they needed the toilet for female reasons or they passed out behind the counter or in the back. That goes for the males that work there as well. The service was brilliant even though she was on her own. Very bad management decision. If I knew what I was doing I would have stayed and helped, just to make...
