Warsop Fish Bar — Restaurant in Mansfield

Had issue with the place over a year ago and a disagreement with I believe the owner but I decided to give it a another chance and they did fantastic first of all never had a bad meal from here.. we ordered today chicken burger witch my partner said was delicious and just the right amount of salad and sauce we also had chips witch was clearly cooked in fresh clean oil kebab meat also very delicious and was no old cut offs and onion rings I wish I ordered more as they was HOT tasty and crispy absolutely banging.. so they definitely restored my faith.. unfortunately I’m moving away in a few months out of Nottinghamshire but in the meantime I will for again and night before we move we always have a takeaway so will make this my last takeaway in Mansfield.. again a bad experience ( not with food ) but a perfect hot tasty...

We made a visit to the shop around 4 o’clock this afternoon. We’ve visited before and loved the quality of food, however, my partner noticed a bad environment and an extremely short and bad attitude from the female employee. I brushed it off and figured maybe it was a one off. During my visit today, this lady yet again was rude and abrupt with myself! I understand we all have bad days, but rudeness is something that in my opinion, after having 10+years experience in customer service, is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and down right unnecessary!! Food is okay not amazing. Very long wait even when not busy. Only one guy knew what he was doing the other 2 were completely oblivious. Overpriced ordered chips cheese and beans and it was over £5 For a small. Don’t let you put your own salt and vinegar on.Had a spam fritter in a cob the batter wasn’t cooked properly and they put the cob in 4 unsanitary places before putting the spam in one of the places was on top of the till.
