Domino's Pizza - Birmingham - Marston Green — Restaurant in Metropolitan Borough of Solihull

I don’t understand how a pizza place can deliver food without a hot bag?!? I’ve seen the delivery guy take boxes into his car without a hot bag (when I was picking up my pizza form the restaurant) and when I ordered delivery the guy showed up with boxes NOT in a hot bag!! Why are you delivering cold pizza? The only reason they got 2 stars is because the food was good when I picked it up.

Update: it seems that the issues isn’t the lack of hot bags. Instead, they put the freshly made pizzas on a shelf with warming lights. How they expect the hot light to penetrate the box and keep the pizza warm, I have no idea. But it’s definitely...

Awful customer service. I live 5 minutes drive round the corner (I had been drinking so couldn’t collect) yet the pizza took ages after I was told it was out for delivery. Tracker said it had arrived but it hadn’t, so I rang and was told the drivers leaving, he turned up 45 minutes later. I was then given the wrong pizza. I was offered a new one but it was already 10pm so I didn’t want to wait another hour so I was offered a refund then hung up on. I rang the next day to confirm it had been processed. Not happy. I won't be using this Domino's again, I paid for extra topping, on both Pizzas ordered. Toppings were skimpy, this is the second time this has occurred, the pizzas are not cheap, and the extra topping came to over £10.00. Total waste of money. Lesson learnt.
