If I could give it none I would. Enticed by the 6 items for under £5 my husband was excited.2 bacon 2 sausage an egg and hash brown. Only to ask for cutlery a young girl said sorry she could give us a fork nit nothing else! How are we supposed to eat the breakfast? Then a wooden fork produced and a plastic knife from the guy who was listening. Me to the young girl I only want half cup of tea, OK she put it in a smaller cup then without stirring says ill pour the milk you say when. Umm unless your stirring the tea at the same time as pouring I won't know as the milk sinks to the bottom and the result is not know until she's finished her mammoth pour. What is it with young people perhaps she was confused by cutlery, she doesnt know how to add a bit of milk but instead saturates it! I took the 'white tea' and it looked gross . She gave me another tea bag, ok ill sort it out myself when I get out. We stepped outside husband opened his breakfast box of 6 items and it was stone cold. He goes back in to get a refund as we had seen enough of this young foolery! Only to be told "you should of had beans and put it in a baguette and then it would of stayed warmer ". Firstly, there are no baguettes on your 6 items, secondly who puts beans in a baguette?, thirdly this place is staffed with idiots. I'd stick to a coffee they didn't mess that up, but everything lacks common sense and quality. Poor value, and...

This used to be a great place to stop for a breakfast roll with lovely sausages and bacon with a great bakery roll. Now it's terrible. Brought in presliced roll which is bland. One tiny thin sausage which covers 10% of the bread, dry bacon and the blandest cooked egg ever. Ruined what was a good place to stop. Needs to improve it back to how it was else I'd stop elsewhere. Needless to say, the Mcdonalds next door is better value and tastier for what you get which is a real shame. For £5 a roll, you are...

Most disappointed that we were sold mouldy rolls - only discovered this when eating them (yuck!!!)

The cakes were ok, a bit dry. They also didn’t give us one of the cakes we had paid for and we were already home before we realised. Not very environmentally friendly as everything was put into individual bags.

All in all, it was disappointing and I’ll look for a proper fresh bakery next time. I had not appreciated this one was a stand in a motorway service area when I searched for...
