Caramel cheesecake can’t be faulted & coffee was hot. Could be great as the location is fine and the soft play area is a huge help but the service is excruciatingly slow. 2 staff at the front is not enough to keep up with the constant stream of people mid morning. Food is decent (4/5), service is ok (3/5) just a bit slow at the till with a queue getting longer and longer and only one of the 2 tills working. Sausage rolls at £2.30 are good value as fairly big but the rest of the food and the drinks, especially, are overpriced. There is a small soft play area but they charge over £2 per child.
