This is a gem of a garden, once belonging to a beautiful manor house, now overlooked by an unattractive block of flats - but don't let that put you off! The original coach-house, Ridleys Court, has (I believe) a small museum and hosts talks and other events of locally historic interest. (There are also public conveniences located here). Lottery money has restored the gardens to their fullest potential with local volunteers and a regular gardening team keeping it at its best. The fountain has been restored to its former glory (usually functioning) and the formal gardens and stately trees are kept beautifully. A firm favourite with local dog walkers, regular "Book in the Park" meets for children and, on certain days, you can catch the local croquet club playing on the impeccably kept lawn. Cross the road and you have the glorious Milton Mount Pond, complete with breeding Egyptian Geese, Great Crested Grebes, Cormorant and Kingfisher among the birdlife to be spotted.

Always love visiting worth park gardens! They’re very well looked after and an enjoyable walk. It would be nice if dog owners didn’t let dogs off the lead in busier areas, particularly when they have no recall and jump around strangers. Not everyone likes or is comfortable around dogs and not all dogs like kids. Kids can also be intimidated by strange dogs running towards them, yet a small amount of dog owners seem to not quite get that. The majority of the park visitors are considerate though and I only hope the park can be maintained to the current standard for a long long time!

Lovely victoria gardens and park with lake.. I walk my dog here early to see its morning glory! Through the main entrance there is picturesque garden. We all like a well kept front garden right! And plenty of neatly trimmed bushes! Down past the spurting victoria fountain there is a path leading to the duck lake full of Canada geese and wildfowl. Lots of signs here saying don't feed the ducks or horses for that matter save that kind of filth for your own homes. Get a nice coffee at the coffee truck at the entrance and get something hot in your mouth before you go!

Very open lovely garden's, place was built during victorian times. Great place to come and walk the dog or simply time to ones self. Free plus parking (limited) and toilet facilities including disabled. Tea/coffee wagon out the front with some seating, there are plenty of places in the gardens too. Well kept and no littering anywhere. Busy times are between 11am and 1pm check on Google before going because parking could become difficult, but people leave all the time so shouldn't have to wait long if you do.

A lovely little park, we've only lived in Horley for 30 years and didn't even know of this place. Well maintained and easy access to walk around the lake, a heavenly place to live however the housing estates surrounding the gardens which were once part of a private estate spoils the beauty. Car park spaces are limited.

Such a beautiful beauty spot! Clean and well looked after, never see any litter! There's ample dog waste bins too. Flower seeds have been scattered to encourage wildlife which is lovely! Baby Goslings down by the lake are growing up well! Always enjoy walking round these grounds with the dog!
