Wonderful Service from Sally – A True Gem!

We were served this morning by a lovely lady named Sally, and I just had to leave a review to say how truly wonderful she was. She was so kind, gentle, and genuinely caring, such a breath of fresh air in today’s fast-paced world. She went out of her way to help our 6-year-old daughter choose a drink she would enjoy, which meant so much to us. Even though I didn’t order anything myself (only my husband and daughter did), she still asked if I’d like a glass of water — such a small gesture, but one that shows real attentiveness and kindness.

Sally made us all smile, and it really reminded me how much of a difference one thoughtful person can make. In a time when so many people seem rushed or indifferent, Sally stood out as someone who truly cares.

I’m sure Sally has also made a difference to others who might have been feeling low! that kind of genuine warmth stays with people, often far beyond the moment.

EDIT: Closed early yet again. Staff inside and music playing but they continued to refuse to engage with me when I asked why they were closed and just shook their head and walked off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.

Very poor. I have not reviewed before but felt compelled by recent experiences here. It doesn't open when advertised and closes hours early with no explanation even when staff are inside they won't serve you or explain just leaving the doors locked staring from the counter. When open it's not much better. Very slow service, staff prioritising personal conversation over customers. Seems dirty and poorly managed. The toilet has been out of service for over a year and leak damage not repaired for months. I usually love Starbucks but this place is not like any other in a bad way. If you enjoy waiting times and the uncertainty of whether a place will be open as advertised you might enjoy your experience so long as you are wearing old dirty clothes and don't...
