Greek Grill Cafe — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

My husband & I have been coming here for a few years on our own & with family or friends & had always found it a pleasant experience with great food & coffee & staff.we haven't been for a few months & were surprised how the menu had changed & also the prices & portion sizes & lack of availability on dishes & got the order wrong + advertising something with a ingredient on it & wasn't we asked the assistant who served us & she said that's on the menu which clearly is wasn't as not on my plate she had no idea of the menu & was very surly & to be honest cldnt care less attitude was experienced.plus she stood staring at my grandchildren which made them uncomfortable. I'm afraid we won't be returning. It was very quiet in there which normal that time of day it's usually busy which makes me think other people are feeling...

Breakfast used to be amazing. Not so much now. Quality has completely dropped. Sausages were cheap and horrible (but used to be 10/10), Pen crossing out items on the menu or crossing quantity, and increasing their prices every 3 months in return of less quality/quantity. I hope they can turn this around.

Edit: Sure it was the same chef, but the sausages were sliced in half and were not anywhere near the same quality as they were before. I understand upping the prices but you have reduced the quality and quantity and the fact you cannot accept accountability and this feedback...

I've come here a few times and not often left disappointed. My colleague ordered the full breakfast but when you compare to other photos from reviewers his seemed less. Also cold beans.

I ordered green eggs and which I like typically but significantly less salmon this time and very very very dry eggs. Ended up leaving most. One slice of toast seemed a little stingy for the amount of eggs but maybe because it's now sourdough costs are higher so it's ok.

Our coffee cups and plates were also dirty.

I'll be back but just a little...
