I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but my recent experience at this Subway really needs to be shared. The young blonde staff member who served us had one of the worst attitudes I’ve encountered in a long time. From the moment we walked in, there was no greeting—just a blunt “What do you want?” without a smile or even eye contact.
When I asked for mozzarella, she snapped back with “That’ll be more,” in a tone that felt rude and passive-aggressive—like I wouldn’t want it if it cost extra. When it came to paying, she barely said the total clearly, didn’t thank us, and didn’t acknowledge us at all before turning around and going on the phone.
I was still waiting for my drink and had to say “Excuse me, can I have my drink please?” After that, she just grabbed a cup and slammed it down in front of me without a word—not even a basic “sorry for the wait.”
Also, Subway refers to their staff as “Sandwich Artists,” but there was definitely no sign of care or skill in how she made the sandwich. It was rushed, sloppy, and completely lacking the level of effort or presentation I’ve seen in other Subways.
Customer service doesn’t have to be over the top, but basic politeness really goes a long way. It costs nothing to be kind, and experiences like this are disappointing when all you expect is a decent...

Was first in line but servers must have done 20 deliveroos before acknowledging me and my family!!!! 20 minute wait for my order to be started!!!! Servers very very rude. No apology for the delay. Every time the deliveroo bong went off that order had priority!!!!! Not happy!!!! Think of your face to face customers as well or you will loose them...
