Domino's Pizza - Newcastle - Westerhope — Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

I ordered two large pizzas for collection from Westerhope branch a couple of weeks ago but both pizza bases were not cooked properly and there was an excessive amount of pizza sauce put on which made them even taste worse so I raised a complaint about this and was offered two complimentary pizzas. I tried again this Saturday and the SAME EXACT thing happened again! the dough was not cooked properly and all we could taste was pizza sauce! Reading other reviews on here shows that this branch doesn’t really try to even improve the quality of their foods after all the negative feedbacks and having opened only a few months ago, it doesn’t seem like they have a proper quality control. Second time I have been as I'm a domino fan.. First time waited 15mins after it said it were done on the board /app. And hardly no sauce on the base with uncooked mushrooms. Fair enough a one off maybe. Got a other and explained make sure you put enough barbecue sauce on this one please .. anyway got pizza and I asked for classic crust ..pizza were paper thin and again no sauce and toppings were terrible .. 1 bit of bacon on full large pizza the rest just red peppers no other kind. I ordered a small pizza, fries and 2 cookies for my meal. When I got the order I had my pizza and chips but instead of cookies I was given chicken strips.
