Ordered bruschetta,on menu it stated black olives,tomato balsamic vinaigrette,my bruschetta had no olives when I asked waitress why there was no olives she said there should be olives it’s on menu,then she went on to say they must have ran out of olives,so she went over to manager,she came back and said the manager informed her some people don’t like them so we don’t bother putting them on,I have never heard such a load of rubbish in all my life,then my main Marinara on menu said mussels,prawns,squid,plenty of mussels but no squid whatsoever and two tiny shrivelled prawn like things disgusting,I used to recommend this place to people never again,I’ll tell them to steer clear and my partners starter was good but his main was tasteless,this place has gone down hill it was fantastic when it opened but hasn’t kept the food up...

The food at La Famiglia is absolutely excellent. They often have fish and seafood specials which are tremendous. Their Sunday roasts are also fabulous and only around £10 each. I have to recommend the Chicken Skewers and Seafood Sharing Platter, as well as the Caprese Salad (my fiancee is a strict vegetarian). NEVER had a reason to complain about anything I've had here in over 4 years of attending this super-friendly restaurant. And they do have WiFi for device-obsessed patrons, but the password is "Talk2eachother" as they're trying (and succeeding) in promoting a great, chatty, quiet music, friendly and welcoming eating place. Well done to Rob and the rest of the staff. One of my top 5 eateries...

Tried this place for the first time today and unfortunately didn't have the best experience. Lovely restaurant, good atmosphere, great menu, very resonably priced. My food was lovely but my daughter was served chicken strips which were not cooked and raw in the middle this was rectified and we received our full meal for free. The staff apolgiesed however I feel like there's really no excuse to serve a child's meal under cooked especially chicken, and I'm concerned my child could get poorly. I hope this issue gets looked into further and the correct training is given to the person who cooked it. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to trust la flamiga again therefore...
