Pizza Mozzarella — Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

I have been using pizza mozzarella for more then 15years but a year ago i was ill after having a pizza one evening so ever since then i only get the garlic sauce and chilli sauce but i never eat anything now which is a shame but since my bad experience the food just wasnt the same. Today i went down to the shop for chips and tub of garlic sauce and when i was waiting for my order i watched a young tall gentleman preparing a pizza and after he finished he went for a smoke break out the back where he and another gentleman were totally visable and in view of front of house. After he had finished he came bak in to the shop WITHOUT washing his hands and put my chips in a bag. He is the member of staff who makes pizza's by hand which i think is a matter of health and safety. Am considering my next step as this was terrible to see and i dread to think what...

Ok it was a Saturday night BUT it shouldn't take 2 hours to receive a delivery of 2 pizza's and a portion of chips!!! I would have collected but we had a drink and when we placed our order we were told 1 hour wait!!!! This turned into 2 hours 😡 When the pizza arrived it was not even warm...it was horrible the worst we have ever had from Pizza mozzarella...the chips were not even edible they were rubbery they had obviously stood so long. I understand they were busy but rather then loose credibility I would turn business away then serve that rubbish we received tonight!!! Very disappointed tonight. Food is normally Ok apart from the chicken is always burnt and we have complained about this before but tonight everything was over cooked. We ordered a mixed kebab the meat was dry and like leather you can see how dry it is on 1 side. The chips were dry because of being cooked for too long so we didn't eat any of it. I don't understand why all of the food was so old looking when we ordered as soon as the shop was open surely it should be fresh every day. The pitta bread was stale too.
