This used to be good and would normally have received four to 5 stars. No longer. This was the first time out since a family event that was personal, so it won't go into. However, we used to like coming here, so we gave it another go. We placed an order after deciding what we wanted. There were 5 of us myself ,wife and three teenagers. We were seated next to a very loud table celebrating a birthday with children .... been there done that did not mind. We ordered starters mains and a selection of puddings. The starters came after a while (remember this) and were nice. All bar one, which was calamari rings. They were overcooked and a little like rubber. My boy still ate them, and potato skins were fine. After we had finished the starter, we were asked if we were ready for mains, and we said yes.... Hmm, so as we sat waiting and indeed from when we arrived there was a very steady influx of deliveroo, just eat drivers etc blocking up the doorway and indeed spoiling the atmosphere of the restaurant. As i watched meal after meal being handed over, i started to notice the amount of time that had elapsed since we had finished our starters.... around 40 mins, if not more. When it came, it was a disgrace. The wife paid extra for the meal deal to have chicken breast and a sauce.it was just that .... one small breast that was overcooked with gravy and a side of chips. No way was that worth 20 pounds. Also, my son ordered a prawn pasta, which again overdone. My daughter had pasta, which was dry. However, the one good meal was the other boys' pizza. My food was lasagna as I had recently come out of the hospital. Well, this went straight back. It was dry it was burnt. I was asked if I wanted anything else, but I said no. They promised it would be quick, but to be honest, the state of everyone else's food was not a good sign. And because of all the deliveroo and just eat and the length of time it would've taken to get new food see the remember me note my family would've been finished before it had even come out of the kitchen. We will not return and I refused as I say there offer of getting other food...

Service was ridiculously slow! The place wasn't that busy and staff just ignore you! Starter was Garlic bread with cheese on which was lovely. For my main I asked for my steak cooked medium well, and chips, no sauce and I actually said to the girl taking my order don't put anything else on the plate! Just plain steak and chips. So my meal comes and there's a massive tomato and 5 mushrooms on the plate as well. Obviously someone can't follow an order correctly (not saying it was the waitress, more likely the kitchen staff) I wasn't going to send it back and wait as the main course had taken a long time to come. My point is that what if I was allergic to the things they had put on my plate. To me if you're asking for something not to be put on a plate then it's for a reason, and also a complete waste of food. Steak was not cooked medium well and was very very over done and very chewy. So then onto dessert, we sat and we sat and we sat and in the end had to ask for the dessert menus, we decided what we wanted and again we sat and sat and sat, numerous members of staff looked over at us and just kept walking in the other direction. In the end I got so fed up I went up to the man near the doorway and asked if there was a manager in, I told him how annoyed I was at being ignored so many times and that I just wanted to pay my bill and leave, he offered to get us some free desserts so we decided to stay, he asked what we wanted so I said chocolate brownie and asked what cheesecakes they had, he said they had salted caramel and also a biscoff one, I said I would have the salted caramel. Well guess what was on the plate when he brought them over, biscoff! We paid our bill and left as quickly...

Is not my first time to come here But I’m feel very disappointed tonight We ordered pasta oil and half pizza Hawaii with half carbonara… The pasta oil was super salty!! When the waiter asking us everything alright? We commented that is too salty…. One waiter asking us do you want to change other pasta, but have the younger waiter is come to say salty is come from the bacon….this is the bacon pasta so is salty…. We mentioned is the sauce made whole thing too salty is not only the bacon, and my husband try the bacon again and said the sauce is salty then the bacon! We don’t want to have any argue with them … Just say if you think is come from the bacon and the taste is normal then just keep it. Finally we leave the whole plate pasta oil on the table….the taste is look like you eating the salt mix pasta ……. And I just feel very funny is you asking me is that everything alright, and I give a comment, and they didn’t accept and mention it they are correct…..then why you asking me a question?? The tastes very terrible and I think they have to try how salty they are !! I pay £13 and leave the whole plate on the table toshow how...
